We recently introduced a digital service integrated with our JuriSoft and JuriWeb technology platforms to secure and guarantee the integrity of electronic documents (SIDE) sent to you by your clients and partners.
The service uses “HashCoding” encryption technology, which consists of applying a unique digital key to each electronic document to certify that it has not been altered between the time it is uploaded to the JuriWeb platform, its reception in JuriSoft and, its potential transmission via e-mail.
The service allows you to automatically produce in JuriSoft the “ATTESTATIONS OF AUTHENTICITY AND INTEGRITY” (article 113 C.p.c and 30 LCCJTI) with the characteristics, the name of the document and the reference to the value of the cryptographic key.
This service lets you serve documents by e-mail directly from JuriSoft in just a few clicks, with detailed event logging for traceability.
All data relating to the detailed logging of each event is intercepted and saved (date, time, @email, @IP, message, browser used, location, domain, etc.). Everything is synchronized via JuriEDI and stored directly in your own JuriSoft database.
